Understanding Family Dynamics: A 2-Night Course in Self-Discovery

So, You Wanna Learn More About Your Roots, Huh?

Great! You’re in the Right Place!

I have always been super intrigued by humans and how we relate to one another. The ideas of bonding, attaching and co-evolving are fascinating to me. So fascinating, in fact, that I spent an additional three years behind a school desk, absorbing all I possibly could about the nature of connection and relationships.

And I want to bring my learnings and understandings to you!

Remember Me + Rachael’s Writing Room have cultivated a TWO-PART course tackling the ins and outs of family dynamics in hopes to provide a clearer understanding of the complexities of family relationships.

Not only will we learn about family systems, we will dive in to family roles and rules, learned behaviors, patterns and projection — all while studying the overall influence the core unit of the nuclear family has over it’s members.

Oh, and you guys! The second part of this two-part course is a hands on activity that is meant to illuminate all the shadowy areas that are, perhaps… misunderstood.

Join me. I’ll see you in the writing room.

Your Instructor: Rachael Baffa Martinez

Rachael is a trained Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a Certified Grief Specialist.

A true Los Angeles native, Rachael always prefers the sunny seat at the table, encourages dance parties in the kitchen and is a serious believer in Y.O.L.O. Mama of 2 wild boys, Rachael’s clever, “tell-it-like-it-is” personality and endearing inclusivity makes people from all walks of life feel welcome and embraced.

Any questions, send us a note!

$175 total. Limited seating available. Re-Members receive a $25 discount.

Remember Me LLC is not engaged in rendering therapy services by providing this course, and your use of our site and this course does not create any therapist-patient or other treatment relationship between you and Remember Me LLC, Rachael Martinez or any of its representatives.
